While in Tennessee for our Namaslay® Yoga Teacher Training program, I shot this restorative yoga practice. I wanted to create this self-care video for people on the go and who don't have a ton of time. While nothing will beat a full hour or more of restorative yoga, when you don't have a ton of time, even just a few minutes can be beneficial.
