I know many of you are working on strength building for things like arm balances. Whether it's crow pose, headstand, or handstand you're working on - upper body strength is only going to help you, so I thought I'd put together a quick and effective yoga video to help jumpstart that strength building.
For this quick arm strength video, you're going to need a heavy book or a yoga block (preferably a cork or wooden yoga block). We'll start with a centering, and then move into a shoulder strengthening exercise, before coming into plank then side plank, and then we'll move into two different types of push ups before doing the whole thing one more time through.
