One of the best modules I took at my 300hr yoga teacher training was about spine health with a focus on postural awareness. It really piqued my interest because over the years as I’ve delved further and further into strength building and anatomy, I’ve realized just how much I really need to work on my posture. I’ve always thought, ‘Just stand up straight.’ But it’s not that easy. Often times there’s a rib thrust or an anterior or posterior tilt of the pelvis that just throws things off even though it might look like we’re standing up straight. In this video, I’ll share a few of my go-to tips for better posture aw well as a brief overview of how the UPRIGHT GO 2 works as well.
